The Property Management Corporation (PMC) is looking for someone who is dependable, responsible, and motivated to fill the above role.

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities

Plan the organization’s buying efforts.
Recommend a suitable purchase technique.
Procurement-related correspondence with the Procurement Oversight Unit (POU) and the National Tender Board (NTB).
Prepare bid notices, solicitation documents, short list, evaluation reports, contract award recommendation, and contracts.
Manage the bidding process, including pre-bid meetings, clarifications, receipts, and participation in bid opening.
To manage bid evaluation, pre-qualification, and negotiation.
Manage and supervise contract management.
Prepare the purchase report that the POU requires.
Prepare contract awards for winning bids.
Prepare a quotation pricing analysis.
Supervise and monitor ground maintenance contracts, ensuring that all work is completed correctly before payment is issued.
Verify LPO as needed.
to manage the Procurement Department’s personnel

Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience

Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) / or any related field
At least 5 years’ experience in procurement
