We are seeking a Senior Team Lead to assist us in leading the Cards Operations teams in Tallinn.

As a Cards Operations Senior Team Lead, you will be a strong people leader with a mindset that allows you to drive operational excellence while also driving people. You will provide assistance, ensure collaboration, and seize opportunities to continuously improve the state of Operations.
Your Mission:
Wise has already paved the way for new methods of transferring money across borders and currencies. Our customers can also manage their hard-earned money with the world’s first multi-currency banking platform. In this role, you will contribute to that mission by:
Develop strong Operations team leaders and assist them in the formation of their teams.
Drive operational excellence in your domain by ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met on a consistent basis.
Ensure the long-term viability of your domain by focusing on scalability and efficiency.
Take ownership of domain plans and accountability for their execution;
Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to manage operational impact while also identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, increase automation, and improve operational efficiencies.
A little about yourself:
You are legally permitted to work in Estonia; however, we do not provide visa assistance or relocation assistance for this position.
You are available to work full-time (40 hours per week); this is not a part-time position.
Excellent verbal and written English skills are required, and any other languages are an asset.
At least two years of leadership experience (bonus points for experience as a leader of leaders);
Ability to multitask and accept responsibility in stressful situations;
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally;
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to support internal and external projects.
