Job Description Summary of Responsibilities
Participates in pre-trip briefings.
Monitors and ensures the comfort of passengers on board.
Personal assistance is given to all passengers in a friendly and helpful manner.
Ensuring that passengers follow emergency safety procedures
Monitors and ensures that all of the company’s ferry service policies, rules, and regulations are followed.
Maintain cabin cleanliness as directed by the Head Cabin Department.
Assists in the replenishment and reordering of the vessel’s stocks.
As needed, participates in safety drills.

Characteristics of the Individual
A team player with excellent communication abilities.
The ability to work well under duress.
Capability to follow the ferry company’s operating procedures.
Flexibility and compliance are required, as well as strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Must be physically and medically fit according to the medical requirements.
Minimum entry requirements for jobs.
A certificate or recognized short course in customer care or relevant training, plus one year of relevant work experience or hospitality work experience, plus at least two years of successful work experience, plus a valid STCW 2010 certificate
